Shipping & Delivery

Brightside Lighting offers free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are subject to an $8 standard shipping fee.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Processing Time
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery
Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Large or Heavy Items
Certain large or heavy lighting fixtures may ship via LTL freight. Freight deliveries are curbside only. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window, and an adult may be required to be present to accept and sign for the shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brightsidelightingco.com and include photos of the item and packaging.
